Although potentially life-threatening, and potentially treatable, primary aortoduodenal
fistula(PADF), a disorder most commonly secondary to abdominal aortic aneurysm(AAA),
is notable for the absence of its mention in guidelines for management of nonvariceal
upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage(NVUGH) [
